  1. Advanced Brushless Motor
The high-tech brushless motor delivers energy-efficient, eco-friendly, and contamination-free performance. With no sparks and no carbon brush pollution, it eliminates the need for brush replacement and offers a significantly longer service life compared to conventional brushed tools. The motor also features an automatic shut-off function that stops operation once the preset torque value is reached.
  2. Patented Clutch System
A specially engineered structure combined with a patented clutch design provides low noise, low vibration, and high precision—meeting stringent quality requirements.
  3. External Torque Adjustment for Easy Operation
Allows users to quickly and conveniently adjust torque settings for efficient operation.

  4. Low Reaction Force
Ergonomically designed to enhance workplace safety, protect the wrist, reduce occupational injuries, and minimize hand strain caused by reaction force.
  5. Non-Contact Trigger Switch Design
The trigger-activated design maintains high torque repeatability while ensuring safer and more reliable operation.
  6. Dual Reverse Button Design
The modular reverse switch and power cable end, combined with a non-contact switch design, reduce the drawbacks of traditional contact switches and minimize spark risk. This design enhances operator safety, simplifies maintenance, lowers failure rates, and extends overall tool lifespan.

Tool Operation Method

Right-hand operation Left-hand operation
Forward rotation / Tighten screw Reverse rotation / Loosen screw Forward rotation / Tighten screw Reverse rotation / Loosen screw

Product Diagram

Tighten screw (forward rotation) → Press the side (elongated) switch
Loosen screw (reverse rotation) → Press the center (round) switch

Please refer to the video.

Video Operation Steps:

  1. At 0.05 seconds, perform Loosen (reverse rotation) → Tighten (forward rotation), repeat this action four times.
  2. At 0.17 seconds, switch to another screw, then perform Tighten (forward rotation) → Loosen (reverse rotation), repeat this action five times.

Additional Notes: Differences Between PS-AB Series and PS-ABL Series

  1. The PS-SBL series is an enhanced version, offering higher power output and more stable torque performance.
  2. The power supply unit features a larger and thicker housing, providing improved voltage regulation and overall stability.
