  1. High-Tech Brushless Motor – Energy-Efficient and Eco-Friendly
The high-tech brushless motor operates spark-free, produces no carbon brush contamination, and requires no carbon brush replacement, resulting in a significantly longer service life compared to conventional brushed tools. It also features an automatic shut-off function that stops the motor when the preset torque value is reached.
  2. Patented Clutch Mechanism
A special structure combined with a patented clutch design delivers low noise, low vibration, and high precision, meeting high-quality performance standards.
  3. Externally Adjustable Torque for Easy Operation
Allows users to quickly and conveniently adjust torque settings to suit different applications.
  4. Low Reaction Force
An ergonomically designed structure enhances operator safety by protecting the wrist, reducing occupational injuries, and minimizing hand strain caused by reaction forces.
  5. Non-Contact Switch Design
The trigger-activated non-contact switch provides high torque repeatability and precision, while ensuring safer and more reliable operation.
  6. Dual Reverse Button Design
The reverse switch features a modular design integrated with the power cable terminal and a non-contact switching system, reducing the drawbacks of traditional contact-type switches and minimizing the risk of sparking. This design improves operator safety, ease of maintenance, lower failure rates, and extended tool lifespan.

Forward rotation / Tighten screw Reverse rotation / Loosen screw Forward rotation / Tighten screw Reverse rotation / Loosen screw

Product Diagram

Tighten screw (forward rotation) → Press the side (elongated) switch
Loosen screw (reverse rotation) → Press the center (round) switch

Please refer to the video.

Video Operation Steps:

  1. Starting at 0.05 seconds, perform Loosen (reverse rotation) → Tighten (forward rotation), repeating the action four times.
  2. At 0.17 seconds, switch to another screw, then perform Tighten (forward rotation) → Loosen (reverse rotation), repeating the action five times.

Additional Notes: Differences Between PS-SB Series and PS-SBL Series

  1. The PS-SBL series is an enhanced version, featuring higher motor power and improved torque stability.
  2. The power supply unit has a larger and thicker housing, providing superior voltage regulation and stability.
